Payment: -

Payment to be made by Demand Draft or Cheque in favour of XCL Software Technologies payable at New Delhi.

Warranty: -

Warranty means providing the following support services only:

• Life Time Free of Cost Software Error Warranty only any Upgradation asked will be charged as per requirement.
• Rectification of bugs from the project.
• Telephonic/Fax/E-mail support extended to the user when such a problem is reported.

ASC: -

ASC stands for Annual Support Contract. This would be valid for 6 months from the date of commencement of the contract. The contract would include maintenance of the project. The contract will cover the following:

• Training of a batch of new users on the control panel (maximum up to Three days).
• Support on any problems in using the application through E-mail, telephonically, or site visit.
• Any support requiring on-site visit outside the scope of ASC would be charged separately.
• Location-Wise conveyance, lodging and boarding expenses (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
• Updates on, Provident Fund and ESI due to change in the government policies, if any will be applicable (Free of cost).
